Pants Up Easy at the Abilities Expo Bay Area 2014

We’re happy to report that Pants Up Easy’s debut at Abilities Expo Bay Area 2014 in San Jose, CA was a smashing success. So was the Expo, with over 120 exhibitors showing off products ranging from sophisticated  exoskeletons and specially modified motor vehicles to simple but handy innovations like a more collapsible wheelchair.

Pants Up Easy more than held its own in this exciting array of products and events. Everyone who tried out the device raved about its comfort and effectiveness—“Awesome experience” was a typical comment. We had useful conversations with several other vendors. Some were interested in co-marketing with their related products. Representatives of several stores that supply products for people with disabilities expressed strong interest in stocking Pants Up Easy.

One of the most exciting connections we made was with Antonio Quistian Jr., founder and CEO of Endless Ability Enterprises. Some years ago, Antonio was paralyzed from the chest down in a motorcycle accident . Among the numerous frustrations and irritations he encountered was that many if not most styles of jeans were uncomfortable and ill-fitting for people in wheelchairs. So he created Ability Jeans—a line of comfortable, stylish denim pants and accessories. It doesn’t take much imagination to see that Pants Up Easy and Ability Jeans are natural marketing partners. Here’s Antonio trying out the Pants Up Easy at the Expo:

We’re looking forward to collaborating with Endless Ability and other companies that share our goal  of affordable innovation that makes a big difference in people’s lives.
